While at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Biren executed a variety of transactions including sell-side, buy-side and restructuring mandates. Mr. Biren’s engagements have spanned a broad array of industries including Consumer Electronics, Direct Marketing, Leisure and Apparel. Mr. Biren received a BS degree, cum laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business where he double majored in Finance and Accounting.
