assignments, including sell-side and buy-side advisory transactions, acquisition financings, equity
offerings and strategic restructurings. Mr. Neverson's transactions were primarily focused on companies
operating in the tobacco, broadline retailing and specialty retailing sectors. Mr. Neverson received
a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College where he graduated magna cum laude.
