David L. Horing

David L. Horing, Managing Director
David Horing has been with American Securities since 1995 and is a managing director who oversees our efforts in the direct marketing sector. He also leads our Resources Group that is focused on implementing specialized activities with portfolio companies to enhance strategy and help manage operational improvements. David is Chairman of the Board of Weasler Engineering and NEP Broadcasting, and a director of Liberty Tire, Oreck Corporation and Healthy Directions.

Before joining American Securities, David spent seven years at The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation, a middle-market private equity investment firm. He previously worked in Salomon Brothers' Investment Banking division and at The Boston Consulting Group.
