Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Sidberry was an Analyst in the Global Consumer Products and Retail Investment Banking Group at UBS. While at UBS, Mr. Sidberry worked on a broad range of assignments, including sell-side and buy-side advisory transactions, acquisition financings and equity offerings. Mr. Sidberry’s transactions were primarily focused on companies operating in the food, specialty and mass merchant retailing sectors. Mr. Sidberry received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from UNC-Wilmington where he graduated magna cum laude.
