Entertainment Cruises Inc., is the nation's leading dining and entertainment cruise business, with the combination of Premier Yachts, Inc. and Spirit Cruises, LLC. The new organization will continue to operate their respective brands in six geographic markets. Premier's brands are Odyssey, Mystic Blue and Seadog; Spirit Cruises' brands are Bateaux and Spirit. Premier Yachts started in 1991 and Spirit Cruises began operations in 1978.
