Investment Criteria
We seek to make control investments in a limited number of companies where we are able to participate actively in the growth and development of the company. Typically, companies in which we invest will have the following qualities:

  • Revenues between $25 million to $200 million
     
  • EBITDA between $8 - $30 million
     
  • Market leadership and superior profit margins (greater than 13% EBITDA margin)
     
  • Existing proven management team
     
  • Stable demand industries
