Prior to Warburg, Mr. Metz was in the High Yield Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley and worked in the equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions groups at JP Morgan. Mr. Metz is on the Board of Directors of Entertainment Cruises and Innovative Folding Carton Company. Additionally, Mr. Metz is a founder of the Council of Urban Professionals. Mr. Metz holds a BS degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert A. Toigo Fellow.
