ICV CAPITAL PARTNERS STRENGTHENS MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH PROMOTION OF LLOYD METZ TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

NEW YORK, January 8, 2007 -- ICV Capital Partners, LLC (ICV), a private investment firm focused on investments in smaller middle market companies, announced today the promotion of Lloyd Metz to Managing Director.

Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Metz was a Vice President with the New York-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus. He was involved in investments across all stages of corporate development, from venture financings to acquisitions and going-private transactions. Prior to Warburg, Mr. Metz was in the High Yield Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley, a consultant with Bain & Company, and worked in the equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions groups at JP Morgan.

He is a director of ICV portfolio companies Innovative Folding Carton Company and Entertainment Cruises. Mr. Metz has a BS degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

ICV recently completed raising ICV Capital Partners II, L.P. and since then announced the creation of the leading operator of dining and entertainment cruises in Entertainment Cruises Inc., with the combination of Spirit Cruises and portfolio company Premier Yachts, Inc.; completed the sale of its portfolio company AAMP of America, a leading developer, marketer and distributor in the 12-volt mobile audio after-market accessory industry; and completed the sale of Hilsinger Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of eyewear and eye care accessory products and supplies in the U.S. and U.K.
