Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Salas was an Analyst in the Consumer Products & Retail Investment Banking Group at UBS from 2008 to 2011.  While at UBS, Mr. Salas executed a variety of M&A and financing transactions with major well-known brand names and retailers including Wal-Mart, Wendy's/Arby's Group and Campbell's.  Mr. Salas received a BA degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California at Berkeley.
