Prior to founding ICV in 1998, Mr. Woods was a Vice President in investment banking at Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown. Prior thereto, Mr. Woods worked in private equity at Levmark Capital, investment banking at Lehman Brothers and corporate banking at NBD Bank. Mr. Woods is on the Board of Directors of Press A Print International LLC, Entertainment Cruises, Sterling Foods, Innovative Folding Carton Company, the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and Chairman of the National Association of Investment Companies and a founder of the Council of Urban Professionals. Mr. Woods holds a BA degree cum laude in accounting from Morehouse College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
