Joined ICV in 2001. Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rao worked for Lehman Brothers in the Consumer Industrial
group of the Investment Banking Division. Ms. Rao completed several mergers, acquisitions, debt
financings and sell-side assignments. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Ms. Rao also worked in the Investment
Banking Division at Deutsche Bank. She left ICV in 2003 to attend Harvard Business School and rejoined
ICV upon receiving her MBA. Ms. Rao also received a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics from
the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
